As I am nearing another massive milestone in my podcasting journey (300 episodes!), I wanted to go back and share the origin story of how I grew from a fragmented, lost person in recovery to an entrepreneur, boundaries coach, and podcast host sharing my experiences and lessons with the world. This week’s episode 299 of the Fragmented to Whole Podcast is about why I started sharing recovery wisdom with the world.

Some of the talking points I go over in this episode include:

  • The series of events that led me to start a podcast, sharing my wisdom with the world.
  • Where the name Fragmented to Whole came from.
  • My tendency to lie and put on different masks to please others was just part of the source of my fragmented nature.
  • How I came to be a boundaries coach, not just a life coach.
  • The serendipitous moment the universe planted the desire to start a podcast in me before podcasting even existed.

Be sure to tune in to all the episodes to receive tons of practical tips on living a more whole life and to hear even more about the points outlined above.

Thank you for listening! If you enjoyed this episode, take a screenshot of the episode to post in your stories and tag me!  And don’t forget to follow, rate and review the podcast and tell me your key takeaways!
